The Great Book is truly
inexhaustible. Our Biblical class uses three aprouches to the text
- Christological, historical and edifying. All these approaches
tightly connected with each other. Christological approach shows
a man way to salvation, and by this we show the solution to the
main problem of the mankind. Historical approach helps us to understand
biblical texts better by drawing historical parallels and considering
the historical context. Edifying approach helps our us apply the
biblical truth in our own lives. We see in our class that the Bible
plays a very important role every day life. It helps us to form
moral and loving relationships with the other, develop active social
position and increases our understanding of what is happening in
the world and in our own country. The make up of our group is very
diverse. Those who attend the class encouraged to express their
thoughts, opinions and share the stories from their experience.
Many our class members become active evangelists and teachers of
the Bible themselves.
